It's much better than not applying it.
After drying with a towel before using the hair dryer, when I apply it and then use the hair dryer, it's a bit more fluffy and less bouncy, I suppose.
But it's not like it's super greasy or anything... It's just so-so.
I squeeze it onto my hands and apply it to my hair,
but after applying it, my hands become too dry.
