  Pros

  For combination skin, I prefer a moisturizer that's more hydrating than a gel cream. Since it's summer and my skin has been particularly sticky this year, I bought this thinking of the previous Super Aqua Balm type. The texture and feel: Rather than a balm, it's more like a firm, bouncy pudding texture. It doesn't melt into the skin, but glides on smoothly. There's a slight film, but it feels incredibly lightweight. The scent is a fresh, lemony herb aroma.

  Cons

  Initially, it feels like it's sitting thickly on the skin, but over time that sensation disappears, leaving the mouth and eye areas feeling tight. There's no sense of long-lasting hydration or deep moisture replenishment. This seems suitable for those who want a gel cream that isn't too lightweight, rather than a cream bursting with hydration.
