I had extremely sensitive, deeply dehydrated skin that felt like it was tearing. For 10 years, I was a skincare nomad, searching only for gentle products. With even slightly harsh ingredients, I'd experience at least one of these issues: intense itching, blemishes where my hair touched my face, a burning sensation upon application, or extreme dryness after absorption. Then I discovered Physiogel. As I have super sensitive skin, I bought the AI Repair version through international shipping. For the first month, there weren't major changes, but none of the four troublesome symptoms appeared, so I continued using it. When I tried combining it with other products, blemishes immediately appeared, so I stopped using everything else and settled on a combination of Avène Thermal Spring Water spray and Physiogel. As I finished each bottle, my skin became more supple from within. By the time I finished one bottle, my skin had become so healthy from the inside out that I rarely experienced blemishes no matter what I applied. I gained a bouncy elasticity and constantly received compliments on my complexion. I've used about 5 bottles over several years.
The downside is that due to its cream texture, it's designed to be applied in small amounts, which might be inconvenient for those who prefer to apply products more liberally.
Using this in combination with other products may cause blemishes, so it's recommended to pair it with very gentle or light products. Although I had severely dehydrated skin with extreme deep dryness, when using Physiogel, I boldly eliminated my moisturizer and replaced toner and moisturizer with thermal water spray. Apply the Physiogel cream sparingly, using only a pinky finger's worth, as you would with an eye cream.
