If you have a deep undertone, this might be one of the essential lip products you must own. It's a perfect orange-coral shade that's easy to apply casually. As this lip product allows your natural lip color to show through, it appears more as a pink-heavy coral rather than an orange-coral on my darker lips. Additionally, the staying power is somewhat disappointing. Most importantly, the packaging... too much product accumulates around the opening. - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 17, 2020
Forget everything else, the color is absolutely gorgeous! It's perfect for applying when your lips aren't in the best condition. It's too orange to wear on bare lips... I thought I wouldn't use it much since orange doesn't suit me well. But when I apply it after neutralizing my natural lip color, it shows up as a beautiful orange-coral shade. There's a slight yogurt scent, but I found this application method works well for me. If orange lips suit you, it'll look stunning even on bare lips! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 8, 2019
It absorbs beautifully and the color is gorgeous! It's a classic orange-coral shade. I didn't notice any issues with dead skin cells being emphasized! Well, it tends to bleed a bit. Also, the color starts off as a very vibrant orange - like, screaming orange! But later, it develops a slight pink undertone, which some people aren't fond of. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 12, 2019
The color is so pretty! It's a vibrant shade that really suits deep undertones. It's an orange-coral hue. Plus, it's glossy, making your lips look plump and full of life. For a glossy tint, the staining power is impressive and lasts quite a while! It leaks too much! At first, it only leaked around the opening, but then it started seeping into the tint bottle, making it look unsightly. Please fix this issue! Also, the color changes quite a bit! Sometimes it has a neon tinge, other times it leans more orange. But personally, I think it's all fine. Lastly, the yogurt effect! If you keep reapplying, you'll get the yogurt effect. After eating or when reapplying, wipe off any remaining tint on your lips with a tissue. Then, apply multiple thin layers to minimize the yogurt effect. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 4, 2019
I have the worst conditions for lips - dry, flaky, and hard to apply on the upper lip. But this product doesn't emphasize dead skin cells, keeps my lips from feeling dry, and even applies smoothly on my upper lip! It's so hydrating, yet it doesn't transfer much and stains well, making it a true lifesaver for me. The color... it loses its identity. At first glance, it looks like a soft, everyday orange-coral shade, but as time passes, it develops a much redder tone. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinNov 12, 2018
The color is a beautiful orange coral. It perfectly matches my personal color with a deep undertone. The product itself applies with a glossy finish, creating a pretty and natural gradient on the lips. I also really loved the signature MAC chocolate and vanilla scent. A beauty YouTuber mentioned this is a must-have for warm spring tones, so I decided to give it a try, and it's truly gorgeous. I'd definitely repurchase! Due to the product's characteristics, it tends to separate and transfer quite a bit. However, I could resolve the separation issue using a cotton swab or my finger, and blotting with a tissue or wet wipe helped reduce transfer. It wasn't too inconvenient. Also, while the color swatches as a vibrant orange on the hand, it appears very pink on the lips. If you're looking for an orange tint, I'd recommend trying a different product. Those who don't suit pink might be disappointed. After applying, gently blot with a wet wipe or tissue. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 9, 2018
The color suited my warm skin tone perfectly! After using Yves Saint Laurent, I thought other lipsticks might feel matte, but this one didn't feel matte at all! If you love moisturizing lips, this is a great choice. The color changes a bit over time. It starts as an orange coral, but gradually develops a slight pink undertone. This is the most disappointing aspect. Also, the applicator gets messy with use, which is unavoidable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2018
A beautiful, delicate red-orange shade with a deep undertone that looks stunning when applied! This tint is gorgeous worn alone for lip makeup or as a base layer. The staining is disappointing. I was expecting an orange hue, but it seems to have a slight pink tinge. Also, while there's no emphasis on dead skin cells initially, it seems to accentuate them as time passes. While it's pretty on its own, I find it truly beautiful when used in a gradient. Try applying 'Can't Stop Won't Stop' as a base, then add a deeper orange-red shade to the inner lips for a really stunning look. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 7, 2017
It creates glossy and elegant lips. It is tinted in an orange color. There is little emphasis on flaky skin. The packaging is pretty. It has heavy transfer as much as it is moisturizing. Over time, the color turns into a coral tone rather than orange. You need to apply it twice for the color to become vivid. The strong chocolate scent of MAC is too much. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 26, 2017
I bought the Forever Darling because I liked it. However, the color is definitely lighter, so it has less shine than darker colors. The color is so beautiful. The yogurt effect is quite severe with the light color, but after applying a lot and waiting for 30 seconds, just pressing down on the excess with a tissue and applying one more layer makes it bouncy and supple. But I thought the base was just orange, but the color is light and gradually turns more pink, becoming a pure coral color, not an orange coral.
