The price is quite steep for the amount you get. I switched to other shampoos due to the cost, but after noticing increased hair fall, I'm back to using this. Still, the price is wickedly high, which is disheartening.

Though it's not marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, strangely enough, when I use this, hair shedding noticeably decreases. I've even noticed new hair growth in areas that were thinning, with more baby hairs appearing. You need to thoroughly wet your hair for it to lather well. Perhaps that's why the instructions recommend shampooing twice.

I don't use SLS-based shampoos, so I always cleanse twice with this type of shampoo. (There's a psychological feeling that I need to dye my hair more frequently.) The manufacturer is New Gen Cosmetic.

There are already many products with this concept, and its ordinary nature makes it feel like just another one in the crowd. I remember it being quite expensive for 150ml. If the value for money is low, it would be nice if at least the fragrance was good, giving a sense of luxury and inner healing. However, that's not the case here. The scent (slightly reminiscent of dish soap, probably due to the use of non-harmful fragrances) feels just average when applied as a shampoo. Given that there are quite a few products with good ingredients, low pH, pretty packaging, and even healing natural fragrances (and at better prices), this one doesn't offer much merit, hence the 3-star rating. Oh, and about the 'natural' claim - it seems to be based on some extracts at the bottom of the ingredient list, while lauryl glucoside and disodium~ are proudly listed at the top. Calling this shampoo 'natural' is a stretch.

As a low pH shampoo, it's formulated with gentle surfactants that are not harmful. Despite this, it has excellent cleansing effectiveness while being low-irritation. It's easy to rinse out and doesn't leave your hair feeling stiff afterwards. While it may seem ordinary, its ingredients are not bad at all. It gives you the feeling of getting a gentle salon care treatment, which is an excellent advantage of this product.

It doesn't lather well on the first wash, so you might need to shampoo twice to get a good lather, which can be a bit of a hassle.

The scent is lovely, and unlike harsh shampoos that irritate my scalp, this one is gentle and non-irritating. After washing, my hair feels as soft as if I've used a treatment!

I bought the conditioner along with the shampoo and use it every other day, applying it only to the ends of my hair.

It does calm my hair down, but it's a bit on the pricey side. The social media deals aren't as frequent as I'd like. As for the conditioner, it might be best to use it every other day, depending on your hair's needs.

I was looking for a pH-balanced shampoo due to scalp itchiness and hair tangling, and I'm so glad I found this. Being a natural shampoo, I was skeptical about whether it would leave a slippery residue even after rinsing. However, I was pleasantly surprised! It leaves my hair feeling clean and fluffy, with no itchiness at all. While it doesn't lather as much as regular shampoos, it still produces enough foam to wash thoroughly. The fact that it's silicone-free gives me extra peace of mind. After washing, there's absolutely no stiff feeling in my hair.

1. Before shampooing, detangle your hair using a Tangle Teezer or Kent hair brush. (These two were my favorites.)

2. Wet your scalp and hair with lukewarm water. For the first wash, use an amount about the size of a quarter coin, rinse, then use a dime-sized amount focusing on the scalp for the second wash. Gently massage and rinse. Finish with a cool water rinse for best results. (This intense routine may not be necessary for those without seborrheic dermatitis.)

3. Gently squeeze excess water from your hair with a towel, only pat dry the scalp area, then use cool air from a hair dryer on your scalp before air drying the rest. (Since developing scalp issues, I avoid using warm air even when I'm in a rush.)

4. Recommended complementary products:
Medicion Deep Scalp Hair Pack, Tangle Teezer, and Kent brush.
The hair pack is a scalp-friendly treatment I use with every wash. It noticeably reduces oiliness and conditions well. Unlike other products that can make my hair greasy if I accidentally apply too much, this one doesn't have that issue. The price is a bit steep though.

The Tangle Teezer and Kent brush are pricier than regular combs, but they detangle without irritation and make combing painless. They've been instrumental in developing a pre-wash combing habit.

I'd love to recommend a hair essence too, but I'm still searching for my holy grail product...

For those with severe scalp issues like mine, the price is justified if it works well. However, if you're just looking for a general scalp care shampoo without any specific concerns, you might find the amount a bit small for the price.

As someone with seborrheic dermatitis, I shudder thinking about all the shampoo experiments I've endured. When it doesn't lather well, as explained in the instructions, don't try to create a lather with just one pump! Instead, gently massage it in as if you're giving your scalp a soft massage. Use the back of your hand to lightly pat it all over your scalp (when pumping, don't press all the way down, just a light press to control the amount. Use about half on the front of your head and half on the back). Then, pump a similar amount again and apply it half on your scalp and half on your hair. This way, you'll get that satisfying lather and feel like you've really shampooed well!

Like most shampoos of this type, it doesn't lather up easily in one go. And the price... oh my! It's not exactly cheap for a shampoo... actually, it's quite expensive. It's bad enough having scalp issues, but now I have to use expensive shampoo too? (Though T? shampoos are even pricier...)

Well, I remember buying this shampoo when it was in the rankings, but I don't see it there anymore... Anyway!
