Instead of applying a large amount of the ampoule at once, I find it more effective to layer it gradually, allowing each layer to absorb. This seems to improve the overall absorption.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Like most ampoules, the quantity is a bit small, which is slightly unfortunate, but I'm still using it well.

I always use hydration ampoules as a basic step, and this one is pretty decent. It doesn't leave a greasy feeling and absorbs well instantly. I think it would work great for combination or oily skin types without causing any shine.
