This product was so good that people around me recommended it multiple times! I've tried almost all the cica balms from other road shops, but I found Etude's to be the best. While it doesn't dramatically calm redness and irritation, it does soothe the skin to some extent. The texture feels like a regular cream when applying, not as heavy as a typical balm. It has a consistency that allows for daily use throughout all four seasons.
It doesn't seem to be very effective in reducing blemishes related to excess sebum. While it was okay for general redness, it didn't seem to have much effect on small bumps, unfortunately.
