As someone with extremely dry skin lacking both moisture and oil, I prioritize addressing deep dryness in my skincare routine!
I received this product after winning a Hwahae event.
I'd recommend this product more for oily skin types (especially those struggling with acne due to excess sebum) rather than dry skin. While it wasn't suitable for my dry skin, it was excellent for managing excessive dead skin cells from hives and controlling excess oil from skin ointments!
❗️It definitely controls sebum.
When I come back from morning workouts, I'm usually sweaty with excess oil due to the heat. Wiping my face once with this product reduces oiliness and leaves my skin feeling fresh. Apply it with a cotton pad, then use your hands to pat in another layer for an even more matte finish. Highly recommended for those with oily skin concerned about sebum!
❗️It provides a cooling sensation after application.
Perhaps due to the menthol ingredient, it gives a refreshing feeling when applied. It's great for cooling down your face when it feels flushed - just use it as a quick mask or wipe.
❗️The ingredients are great.
I always opt for products without controversial ingredients for my basic skincare, and this product provided care without any irritation. I often get hives all over my face, resulting in flaky new skin and oiliness from ointments. Gently wiping with this product on a cotton pad allows for non-irritating care, making it a go-to option.
❗️It doesn't address deep dryness.
No matter how much I apply, my skin still feels dry underneath. The more I use, the more matte my skin feels, so for those with dry skin, I recommend using it just once for skin texture refinement.
❗️Sometimes it can paradoxically increase oil production.
I'm not sure if it's because my skin is extremely dry, but after cleansing with this product, my skin sometimes produces more oil. This might be because it leaves the skin feeling too dry and matte. To prevent this, apply an essence or emulsion immediately after using this product.
I highly recommend applying it with a cotton pad for the best results!
