Blemishes: I've never had skin issues before, but for some reason, I developed hive-like bumps only where I used this cleanser. It's so frustrating! The first time, I used just a tiny amount. The second time, I increased it to a pea-sized portion, which seems to have been too much. After cleansing, when I looked in the mirror to apply toner, my face was a mess! This has only happened to me once before, back in high school when I used drugstore cleansing wipes. Now this is the second time. Cleansing effectiveness is poor: It doesn't clean well. Sunscreen residue remains around my nose area, so I need to do a second cleanse, which is disappointing.

The packaging is beautiful. With its luxurious color, it's perfect for gifting.

After using this for two days, my skin became itchy and bumpy. I stopped using it on the third day. There must have been an ingredient that didn't agree with me.

It's slightly acidic, but the abundant lather and refreshing sensation make it feel better than other mildly acidic cleansers, so the immediate user experience is good.
