  It seems like the renewal version of the water drop tint balm that used to be at Holika Holika. Just like the name 'tint', it feels like they've turned the gel tint and water tint into a solid form! Application/Color Payoff: As soon as it touches the lips, you can feel a slight cooling sensation (not a burning feeling, but a cooling sensation from the moisture). It glides on the lips like water.
