After using it for a while, the top part tends to discolor. I had to cut that part off to keep using it, which was a bit unsettling.

During the pandemic, this was my go-to for a natural lip look. The staying power is great and the color is so pretty!

When applied on its own, it feels quite drying and the color isn't as attractive.

I was intrigued by this water balm that actually tints, so I gave it a try. It's prettier when layered rather than used alone.

The color is off-putting and ambiguous. It dries out quickly and lacks hydration. When applied, it feels heavy and cakey. I miss the discontinued Water Drop version so much!

Overall, I'm not impressed. The color is dull and it applies unevenly, clumping together.

After staining your lips with the Holika Holika Water Vibe Tint, apply a moisturizing lip balm or gloss on top to achieve the perfect tanghulu lip look.

This style isn't really trendy right now, but I ended up buying it because I found an old stick-type water tint from another brand while cleaning my house and wanted to try different colors after using it again. That product had a cooling effect as soon as you applied it and stained in the exact shape you applied it, but when I looked it up, I found out it was discontinued (why didn't I buy all the colors back then... sigh).
I bought the Holika Holika Water Vibe Tint thinking it might be similar, but it's not exactly a water tint - more like a moisturizing lipstick-type tint?
While it's not exactly the product I was looking for, which is a bit disappointing, I have no complaints about this product itself.
It's truly a product I use every single day.

It adheres naturally to your lips while giving them a beautiful flower-petal-like flush. Every time I go out wearing this, without fail, everyone I meet compliments me on how well it suits me. Some friends even ask what I'm wearing and try to get their hands on it!

If you keep reapplying throughout the day, the color gradually intensifies.

Texture and Staying Power:
It has a solid lipstick texture. Unlike water tints, it doesn't stain immediately. Instead, it sets after a while and doesn't dry out your lips. Since it takes time to blur and stain, if you apply it nicely and don't aggressively wipe your lips, it can last all day long.

Hydration:
It's not a drying tint. However, it's not particularly moisturizing or glowy either.

It becomes quite intense even with a small amount, which is slightly disappointing, but it's still a staple in my routine.

This product is perfect for my cool-toned skin. It applies smoothly and has great staying power.

As time passes, it feels a bit drying, so I think I'll need to apply it along with a lip balm.
