It is a liquid type. It was good to use as a cleansing water. I think it would be better for oily skin than dry skin. It seems like it would be good to use in the summer. I tried using it as a mist by putting it in an empty bottle, and it seems to have lowered the heat sensation and it's not bad. Since you have to spray it many times frequently, I recommend it as a cleansing water.
Cons
The product dries out after use. It feels like there are alcohol ingredients and the evaporation is fast. The fast evaporation means there is no stickiness, but I'm not sure if it absorbs into the skin.

This toner has a cooling sensation. I used it in the summer and it felt refreshing and nice. The cooling sensation also seems to last quite a long time. It has a watery texture, so I used it as a cleansing toner, and it was almost fragrance-free.
Cons
When applied near the eyes, it caused a slight stinging sensation, and the moisturizing power was on the lower side.
