I've been enjoying Espoir's Mobme and Look Book Rocohighteen, and now the Light Peony shade in the new Handy Palette seems to be the perfect middle ground between the pink shades of those two! Swatching all three together, Mobme appears slightly more muted, while Rocohighteen has a hint of warmth. At first glance, the pan color of Light Peony looks quite warm, but when applied, it's a neutral tone that's neither warm nor cool. If you're expecting a cool pink, you might be disappointed. Overall, it's a shadow combination that complements light undertones nicely.
When swatched, the Light Peony-Soufflé shade looks like the Mobme-DM shade with added shimmer. They're incredibly similar to the naked eye. The shimmer in Light Peony-Soufflé is also very similar to Rocohighteen-Check Pleats. I wish there was something more unique about this new palette. I was surprised by how small it is... if you're expecting a typical 4-pan palette, you might be shocked. They should either lower the price or increase the product amount. Also, when I applied Soufflé with a brush, glitter went everywhere! (I tried with fingers too, and while it wasn't as bad as with the brush, there was still a lot of fallout.) It was infuriating to have to remove all my makeup and start over with a different shadow on a busy morning!
