Pros
My son's skin tends to be dry, and I've been using Physiogel since he was a newborn, but it doesn't seem to be working well. I'm now using this product instead. I'm also using the same line of body wash, and it's gentle, moisturizing, and not sticky, which I really like.
Cons
The quantity is small, so I have to buy several when I order it online to feel at ease.

I'm not using a body cream, but I'm using a hand cream from the iline brand, and it's the best hand cream I've ever used!!! Really!! I have a skin condition worse than atopic dermatitis on my hands, and I had to use a prescribed ointment... But after starting to use this hand cream, the itching has gone away and the wounds have healed too ㅠㅠ I'm doing well now without the medication! It's gentle, moisturizing, and I really can't live without it!!

There is a slight stickiness, but I haven't tried any other body creams that are as gentle, non-irritating, and fragrance-free, and also work well for atopic dermatitis as this one. If I use it consistently every time my atopic dermatitis flares up, it seems to calm and subside the inflammation.

I had a burning and painful skin reaction like an allergic reaction in the US, so I applied it as recommended, and after about two days, my skin calmed down and is not dry, so I'm still using it.
Cons

Our child has suffered from atopic dermatitis and eczema since birth - so we've tried every lotion, both domestic and imported, starting with Physiogel. Then we heard this one was gentle and good, so we ordered it directly from iHerb. Even I, the perfectly healthy one, tested it first before applying it to our son. Surprisingly, his skin became progressively smoother. Even when we applied Aquaphor or Albolene, his irritated, reddish skin would calm down, and we felt we had finally found the right lotion for our child. We've tried so many lotions over the past 2 years. Now, when I touch his cheeks, they're so soft and smooth^^ I apply this on his face and mix it with a regular lotion for his body. It's a bit thick to spread all over his body, and the grain scent is divisive, but I prefer it over stronger fragrances, which usually mean more additives. However, this does contain grain ingredients like oats, so it may cause allergies in children under 1 year old. Our son has been using it since he was 2 years old. I love it so much that I even gifted it to my sister whose child also has atopic dermatitis, but it didn't work for her child - every child is different, so be sure to test it carefully.
