I decided to splurge and try Aesop's hand cream, as I've been curious about it for a while. The texture is light like an emulsion, but it moisturizes well, which I loved. My hands are extremely dry, even in summer, to the point where I need to apply hand cream after washing them. So hydration is my top priority, and I've often used thicker products. However, this cream surprised me - it's not heavy at all, yet provides long-lasting moisture. I was amazed that even a small amount left my skin feeling so hydrated! It really made me think, 'Ah, this is why it's worth the price.' The scent is citrusy with a hint of woody notes, and I appreciated that it wasn't overpowering.
The only downside is, of course, the price. But honestly, after using only drugstore hand creams for so long, I've noticed a significant difference since trying more premium products. This one has a generous size and provides much better hydration than cheaper alternatives, so I'm satisfied with my purchase!
