This budget-friendly beauty item seems to be top-notch in performance.
By slightly turning your eyelid inside out(?) and filling in the mucous membrane and between the lashes, you can create a natural-looking eye makeup look. Your eyes will appear larger and more defined compared to bare eyes.
It's also surprisingly easy to apply, so I'd recommend it even for beginners.
And since it's waterproof, it smears less than a regular pencil.
The photo I attached was after I drew on the back of my hand, let it dry for 1-2 minutes, and then wiped it with a wet wipe about 10 times. Even after all that scrubbing, it didn't come off easily with just water - I was even shocked that the lines I made when testing out different colors at the store (especially the black) remained even after vigorously washing with soap.
However, you do need to do thorough cleansing with the dedicated remover.
Also, don't just put the brush back in the tube right after use - wipe it a few times with a tissue first before storing, so it'll be more convenient to use next time. Otherwise, the brush can harden.
