  Pros

  It absorbs well even when applied in small amounts, leaving your skin feeling moisturized. I love how it quickly sinks in and leaves a smooth, non-greasy finish.

  Cons

  I'm not usually sensitive to fragrances, but the initial scent is so unpleasant it almost makes me nauseous. How to describe it? It's like a musty, damp smell mixed with the interior of an old car. After application, the lingering scent is an unpleasantly strong and cloying powdery fragrance. I adore vanilla scents, but this stuffy, humid aroma is really off-putting. The lavender and vanilla combination is truly awful. If it weren't for the decent hydration, I would have tossed it out. While it moisturizes well, the smell is so overpowering that I'm using it liberally at work just to finish it quickly. I can't wait to use it up and buy a different scent.

  I've tested various Sabon products, both for personal use and as gifts, and while body washes and scrubs tend to have consistent scents, the hand creams oddly smell quite different. Even when choosing the same fragrance, the hand cream scent varies significantly. I strongly recommend testing the hand cream's scent before purchasing.
