  Pros

  A product that's good yet somewhat disappointing, moisturizing yet occasionally drying - it's a bit ambiguous! It feels gentle with seemingly good ingredients. The transparent and hygienic packaging is a plus. The generous amount allows for liberal application.

  Cons

  Even when applying a large amount to the face, it quickly evaporates and absorbs, leaving a matte finish. However, you can feel rapid dryness setting in. Thinking there might not be enough, if you apply more and then follow with an ampoule or emulsion, it leaves a sticky feeling and seems to sit on top of the skin without absorbing. It feels like the hyaluronic acid particles can't penetrate the skin barrier, resulting in dryness. At least there's no irritation, which is good.

  Pros

  It's a twist-cap bottle that dispenses when tilted. Just twist it back to close. The texture is like a runny gel that gives a sensation of replenishing surface hydration. It's not watery, but has a decent amount of moisture.

  Cons

  It feels a bit like it's sitting on top of the skin. While the cream from the same line worked well for me, this one feels slightly heavy. After some time, it also brings up excess oil to the surface.

  Pros

  First and foremost, I was thrilled that it's vegan. That's a huge plus for me. With environmental issues becoming increasingly serious lately, I've been thinking about what I can do personally to make a difference.

  Cons

  However, I doubt I'll repurchase this product. I usually apply my skincare in the bathroom, often after showering when there's some humidity in the air. While this product is moisturizing, it doesn't absorb well into the skin if there's even a bit of moisture in the air. It felt like it was just sitting on top of my skin, and I had to spend a lot of time working it in for proper absorption. I understand this is probably due to the high hyaluronic acid content, but for someone like me who lives by the 'lazy girl' philosophy, it required too many steps.
