The pad is a callus pad, but the pad is so soft! It feels like a fluffy cotton pad, absorbing a lot of essence. The pad is also soft, so I think I'll use it often. This contains 4th generation Laha ingredients, so it's gentle and good. I thought there were 2 pads, but when I tried to split it, it split in half! So I gently wiped it all over with a cleansing toner, left it on for 1-2 minutes, then peeled it off and lightly wiped it again. Finishing with the cream from the same brand is great - this cream is amazing! The reason I leave it on for 1-2 minutes is that there may be some exfoliating ingredients, and my skin is thin and sensitive, so it tingles a bit. But it's a refreshing tingle, not an irritating one. This product and brand would be great for oily skin types, but it's not bad for dry skin either. As someone with sensitive, acne-prone dry skin, I think this is a brand I'll love. Oh, and the pad and the tweezers work really well together. You can pick up one pad at a time, and the tweezers have a good grip so they don't slip out.
