After cleansing with this, my skin texture feels refined, with dead skin cells removed, leaving rough areas feeling smoother! It feels slightly slippery at first, but the finish is clean and satisfying. The scent is faint, almost like crayons, but it's practically unscented which is great. It has a slightly sticky texture, but it's easy to use without dripping. The ingredients are gentle, so I'm happy I can use it without causing any blemishes! There's nothing I dislike about it! Looking forward to using it more in the future! I recommend this if you want to improve your skin texture, especially for issues like dead skin cells or blackheads. It seems more suitable for oily skin types rather than dry skin. - 2d********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 6, 2025
The texture isn't completely watery, but has a slightly sticky feel, which gives it a better moisturizing effect. It's perfect as a daily toner! It also seems to help with removing dead skin cells. Unfortunately, I can't really tell if it has any effect on blackheads or pores. - eu*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRednessRecommendedApr 14, 2025
I have redness, rosacea, and oily skin. I needed a product that could control sebum without causing major irritation, and this one is pretty decent! It seems to be a safe, reliable choice. When exposed to air for a long time, it hardens and pills like a peeling gel, which is a bit inconvenient! It's fine on the skin, but it tends to build up around the container opening, so I have to clean it off frequently. - qj********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 11, 2024
I can feel the toner penetrating deep into my pores, leaving my skin soft and smooth like a baby's The product runs out quickly, and when applied in the morning, it makes my face look oily - ge*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 12, 2024
I have dry, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. I was seeing good results using Acne Clear Gel for my whiteheads, so I searched for a skincare product with similar ingredients (salicylic acid, tea tree). That's how I found this product. The other ingredients are gentle too! As expected, it's working well on my whiteheads, so I'm quite satisfied. Using it frequently every day can cause irritation, so I use it every other day when my skin needs some extra care. - xp*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 27, 2024
My blackheads are notoriously stubborn, so I bought this without high hopes. Surprisingly, it was better than expected! Since it contains a bit of BHA, I thought using it as a mask might help. After leaving it on for about 15 minutes and following up with my regular pore scrub, I noticed my blackheads visibly reduced by about 20%. My skin felt smoother to the touch too. Given how resistant my blackheads usually are, I'm quite pleased with even this level of improvement! However, for those with extremely persistent blackheads like mine, you might want to consider something more potent. Simply applying it daily doesn't seem to yield much effect. You really need to use it as a mask and follow up with a scrub to see any noticeable results. Don't forget to use it as a mask for best results! - dm*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 22, 2024
Skin profile: Combination dehydrated skin, multi-zone complexion, super sensitive skin, excess sebum production, prone to milia, occasional itchy or painful blemishes, frequent flare-ups due to dermatitis, redness from steroid ointment use. Incompatible with: High-concentration centella products, heavy formulas, carrot pads, Dr.G cream textures, cypress water-based products, Mediheal tea tree ampoule, overly oily/nourishing products, shea butter, orange oil, silicones, dimethicone, pore-clogging ingredients (still exploring). Witch hazel has been a popular toner ingredient for a while, known to help with blemish-prone skin. I was once obsessed with this ingredient, so I decided to try this product when I saw it contained witch hazel. As someone who struggles with sebum control, I was enticed by the product description. Texture: Unlike my usual watery toners, this has an ampoule-like consistency but feels lightweight. Absorption isn't super quick. I'm not sure where the idea of using it as a pack or removing it with cleansing oil came from, but the official Manyo Factory instructions don't specifically recommend that method. Results: Fortunately, it didn't cause any flare-ups for my sensitive, butterfly rash-prone skin. You can use this as an exfoliating toner, pack, or absorption booster. Just be careful not to over-apply before makeup to avoid pilling - about two layers should be fine. I recommend using a Silcot-type sponge cotton pad to minimize product waste and ensure even application. As someone who can't do regular at-home peeling treatments, I appreciate products like this. While the effects aren't dramatically visible, I find it helpful for managing my excess sebum and dead skin cells, which often lead to stress-inducing milia. It's a good maintenance product for me. Disappointing aspect: Is there no larger size available? I use it as an exfoliating toner, pack, and absorption booster, so the current amount feels too small. It's cheaper online. - sh******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 2, 2024
The best thing about this product is its hydration power! For a toner, it felt quite rich and a bit sticky, but it seemed to effectively combat deep dryness. The product instructions suggested soaking a cotton pad with the toner, softening sebum, then emulsifying with water to wipe off. I tried this a few times, and while the effect wasn't dramatic, I did notice a slight reduction in blackheads. It worked well enough for my combination dehydrated skin. The heavy texture made it feel slightly oily. It's more like a lightweight toner-serum hybrid. Other than that, everything else was pretty standard. When I applied it to my skin using the patting method two or three times, it really helped with deep dryness. This would probably be great to use in winter! - sn********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 2, 2024
It seems to remove makeup and blackheads really well I experienced some blemishes after using this. I'm not sure why, but as soon as I switched to something else, the blemishes disappeared. However, I haven't found anything better for getting rid of blackheads If you have sensitive skin, I'd recommend thinking carefully before purchasing - jd*********Dry SkinRecommendedSep 28, 2024
It's not harsh at all and really effective at removing blackheads. I love it! I didn't find anything particularly disappointing. It worked well for my combination skin.
