 I have atopic dermatitis and a very sensitive scalp, so most thick shampoos make me itchy and cause dandruff and scabs to form. I tried various products, and when I used the sample, I didn't itch the next day, so I decided to purchase it. I've been using it for about 3 days now.
For now, the scabs on my scalp have completely disappeared, and I'm no longer itchy.
On top of that, my hair texture is a bonus - it's so soft and smooth!
I don't even need a conditioner or treatment anymore!
The lather is also great, and a small amount can thoroughly clean my hair.
I'm planning to stock up on this product.

The fragrance is really nice! I haven't used this in a while, and after using unscented shampoos for some time, the fragrance seems even better now. 
However, I have to admit the fragrance is great! The shampoo I've been using recently has left my hair feeling a bit dry and rough after washing, and I needed to use conditioner or a treatment to get my hair feeling good, but this one seems better in that regard.

I left it on for 5 minutes each time before rinsing it out.

It's so good. My scalp has been getting really bad lately, so I've used up all the shampoos that claim to be good. I've tried everything from natural shampoos to silicone-free, preservative-free, and avoiding harmful ingredients, but nothing worked.

Then, when I used the sample of the old hair dye, it seemed to work well, so I bought it with a desperate last hope. Honestly, the ingredients are worse than what I've been using so far, and it even has silicone oil (dimethicone), so I was worried.

But just in case, I lathered it on right away, and from that day, my hair hasn't itched at all, and the scalp pimples, dandruff, oiliness, and itchiness have all been resolved. In just one day. The scalp pimples are now drying up and disappearing.

I've tried expensive shampoos, but if I could fix it with an inexpensive one, I just feel like I wasted a lot of money on the expensive ones.
