They claim it removes harmful bacteria while preserving beneficial ones, but I'm not sure if it's washing everything away. After just one use, my skin became red from contact dermatitis and I developed numerous folliculitis spots. Definitely not recommended for those with a weak skin barrier or super sensitive skin.
