Applying multiple thin layers after each one dries really helps calm them down by the next morning!
ConsAs I'm nearing the end of the product, the contents around the brush and opening tend to harden too much.
TipDon't just apply once - layer it on thinly multiple times for best results.

I battled acne for about 4 years during my teens. As an adult, my skin always flares up with cystic acne in September and October, while other seasons bring small bumps and dermatitis. Due to my weak immune system, I naturally have super sensitive skin. This product is far better than pink powder products. I've already finished two bottles. It's a must-have for those with inflammatory acne - it really works wonders for inflammation. When the bottle is full, it applies like water, but as you use it up, it becomes slightly thicker. The effectiveness doesn't decrease, so that's fine!
ConsWhen it's almost empty, the opening and brush area can harden with powder.
TipIt's more effective for inflammatory and cystic acne than small bumps! I also recommend applying it after extracting blemishes!

It's a shame it doesn't work for everyone though - skincare really is different for everyone! This is incredibly effective for cystic blemishes. It works wonders on everything from those hard, painful pimples that are just starting to form, to fully developed blemishes with pus. The applicator brush makes it easy to spot-treat - just dab it directly onto your blemishes before bed. It dries white, so it's not ideal for daytime use, but I mainly apply it at night. By morning, the pain is reduced and there's a noticeable calming effect. I simply can't give it up! It's become my year-round emergency essential - I always need to have it on hand for peace of mind. For milder spots, I just use a dab of tea tree oil to soothe them. For more stubborn ones, I use a combination of tea tree oil and this product.
ConsThe quantity is less than expected, and it tends to solidify quickly with use, eventually becoming unusable. However, due to its effectiveness, I keep repurchasing it...
TipBe careful not to close the cap too tightly during storage, as the solution can solidify, making it extremely difficult to open next time. Also, occasionally cleaning the opening can help maintain cleaner usage.

ConsThe product isn't transparent and tends to dry slightly white. Having to purchase it through international shipping adds a bit of inconvenience.
TipDue to shipping costs, I stocked up on two or three at once when ordering.

Recently, I've been experiencing red, inflamed acne all over my face, similar to cystic acne. After watching some YouTube reviews praising the Sangsusi Clear Stick, I decided to give it a try. I purchased the 5ml size for $19. 1. Effectiveness: Initially, I was unsure about the application order, but I ended up applying it after my basic skincare routine (including moisturizer). At first, I didn't notice much difference, but now that I'm almost finished with the product, I can say that consistently applying it for a few days on red, inflamed areas definitely seems to calm them down. 2. Application: The brush applicator makes it easy to apply. If you try to apply too much at once, it can run a bit, but dabbing it on in small amounts works well without any major issues. 3. Scent: The alcohol scent isn't particularly pleasant, but it didn't bother me enough to be a problem. I was able to use it comfortably. 4. Irritation: I experienced some eye stinging when applying it near my eyes or on my cheeks. Otherwise, it wasn't particularly irritating. It does sting a bit when applied to freshly squeezed blemishes, but personally, I found it tolerable.
ConsWhile I didn't think it was expensive when I bought it, after receiving and using the product, I realized the small amount goes quickly, making the price the most disappointing aspect. Also, before buying, I read many reviews mentioning that it solidifies quickly. So, I used it generously to finish it before it could harden.

Product review: I stumbled upon this product by chance, and it's truly amazing! After extracting at home, I pat it on, and by the next day, the inflammation has subsided! I apply it by patting, wait about 10 minutes, wipe it off with a cotton pad, and then apply it again. It stings a bit at first, but I actually like that sensation (I'm into that sort of thing..) as it feels like it's disinfecting. If it clears up the blemishes, a little pain is nothing..! I've repurchased this product more than 3 times already.
ConsThis product is really, really good, but somehow it feels like it evaporates a bit, as if the lid wasn't closed properly.. It also tends to solidify. So rather than keeping it for a long time, it seems like you need to use it up quickly. Also, it's not effective on large blemishes. For those, you should go to a dermatologist and get an anti-inflammatory injection!

Dries quickly. When applied at the first sign of redness or inflammation, it helps bring blemishes to a head faster. Follow up with a hydrocolloid patch for quicker healing.
ConsStrong alcohol scent. Runny consistency like water. Dries to a white residue similar to old-fashioned chickenpox medication. Only suitable for nighttime use. Difficult to apply precisely to specific areas.
TipDon't apply directly. Always shake well before use. In summer, apply generously to the nose area after toner to help control blackheads while you sleep.

I've been dealing with 2-3 persistent blemishes on my forehead for about two years now. I usually rely on spot patches, but at night, I apply this product. When I use it on painful, about-to-surface blemishes before bed, they're noticeably less inflamed the next morning! For me, applying it for just 3 days on those stubborn, painful blemishes that won't come to a head resulted in them subsiding with only slight marks left. I'm really happy with this product and continue to use it regularly.
ConsThe scent is a bit strong, unfortunately. Once, I applied it near my eyes to treat a blemish, and it really stung! Also, it tends to solidify, making it quite difficult to open the lid. While the price seems a bit high for the amount you get, I still keep using it because I like it so much!
TipThey recommend applying this to well-hydrated skin. Also, don't forget to apply sunscreen diligently the next day.

ConsIt can be a bit irritating. Still, it's effective enough that I keep using it. It's great for households with teenagers. The downside is the small size and you need to be careful with storage. If you're not careful, it can harden quickly, which is a shame.

After squeezing a blemish, just shake it and dab it with the brush on the spot. Perhaps because it contains powder, it gives the impression that it will soothe well if you apply it before bed. The alcohol scent is very strong - it really clears your sinuses! I bought it hoping it would reduce emerging blemishes, but it seems to work better at quickly calming and cleaning squeezed areas without infection. It's not effective for small bumps, but it works well on inflamed, pus-filled blemishes. I bought one bottle and liked it so much for post-extraction care that I stocked up on two more... but they solidified too quickly to open.
ConsWhen you apply it to a squeezed blemish, it really stings! It actually brings tears to your eyes. Still, I try to console myself thinking it must be disinfecting. Since you need to shake the powder and liquid together before use, when I left it unused for about a month, it all dried up and solidified. That's why I'm deducting stars... The quantity is already small and expensive as it is.
TipIt seems less effective on emerging blemishes - perhaps because I have many care products at home, it doesn't seem to work well on reddened spots. However, if you gently apply it right after squeezing a blemish, you can visibly see and feel it's much calmer the next day! Applying too much all over can dry out your skin, so just dab a proper amount only where needed. Don't apply it over a wide area.
