The ingredients are top-notch. For kids' products, ingredients and potential irritation are the primary concerns. Previously, I blindly used a product recommended by Noodle & Boo, but my child hated it, saying it made their nose stuffy. Even though both had fragrances, that one must have been more irritating. When I checked on Hwahae, I found some scary ingredients too. Like other reviewers mentioned, for a natural-derived product, it doesn't leave hair feeling too rough even when using just the shampoo. It's not as harsh as a top-to-toe wash, so for my son, the shampoo alone was sufficient. The initial scent is a subtle, fresh fragrance. One pump is enough for a rich lather. There's a gentle lingering scent after washing. I haven't seen my child scratching their head, so there don't seem to be any side effects. Some people mentioned rinsing for a long time, but I think they might be using too much product.

I can't think of any downsides yet... If I had to buy it with my own money regularly, since it's still a relatively unknown brand, I'd want some incentives like a slightly lower price or free samples.

You don't need to use a lot. Even a moderate amount produces plenty of lather. Since it's a natural-derived product, I make sure to note the expiration date when I start using it.
