Pros

As a first-time mother, I'm too lazy to do heavy makeup these days, so I wanted to try the trending tone-up creams. I had used another brand before, but it was too heavy and drying, so I didn't have high expectations. However, I'm completely in love with this Hwahae Trial Reviewer product! One application gives a subtle brightening effect without any visible pilling or pore accentuation. The texture is smooth and creamy, gliding on effortlessly without feeling heavy or dry. After two applications, the brightening effect is really noticeable, so you can adjust the coverage to your preference. It covers dark circles and light blemishes well, so you can just add a simple sunscreen or BB cream on top for a light, natural-looking makeup. It has a faint milky scent, which I really enjoy. Overall, it's a great 'milky tone-up' product.

Cons

The ingredients aren't as great as I had hoped, which is a bit disappointing. It would be better if they didn't include fragrances or artificial flavorings, but at least I haven't had any breakouts so far.
