It's great for heavy-duty use and very affordable, so it's perfect for scribbling. There's absolutely no oiliness, and it's truly moisturizing through and through! It's also quite well-absorbed, so I'd recommend it to oily-skinned folks. 👍 If you apply a layer or two after your mist and toner before makeup, your makeup will go on really nicely. 🥹
