However, I'm careful not to over-exfoliate by rolling too long, as I'm concerned about daily irritation. I don't wear heavy makeup, so even gentle rolling removes impurities well. It also seems to improve dead skin cells, either through exfoliation or moisturizing. The scent is a mild, subtle mud fragrance that isn't overpowering. I actually prefer this natural scent since I dislike artificial fragrances.

Excessive rolling or frequent use might make your skin feel too squeaky clean and potentially dry (though I'm not sure if it actually causes dryness). It's particularly good for those with oily skin or on days with high pollution levels.
