The most important aspect for me is the ingredient list. First off, I feel at ease using this product because of its excellent ingredients. It's convenient that it can be used both as a mask and a cleanser. With the dry weather lately, I've been applying it like a mask for about 3 minutes every 3 days, then cleansing immediately with damp hands. It seems to help with deep hydration! On regular days, I use it as a light cleanser. After cleansing, my skin feels smooth and soft, which makes me think it has good cleansing effectiveness. However, I'm careful not to over-exfoliate by rolling too long, as I'm concerned about daily irritation. I don't wear heavy makeup, so even gentle rolling removes impurities well. It also seems to improve dead skin cells, either through exfoliation or moisturizing. The scent is a mild, subtle mud fragrance that isn't overpowering. I actually prefer this natural scent since I dislike artificial fragrances.
Excessive rolling or frequent use might make your skin feel too squeaky clean and potentially dry (though I'm not sure if it actually causes dryness). It's particularly good for those with oily skin or on days with high pollution levels.
You can get dual benefits by using it as both a mask and a cleanser, as suggested in the product instructions! When using it as a mask, apply it to your face (avoiding the eye and mouth areas) before brushing your teeth. After you finish brushing, gently massage it with damp hands and then cleanse. It's simple and effective!
