Pros

With just one pump, a large amount comes out. When I first tried it in my palm, the translucent formula had a nice, dense feel to it. Even though it contains natural surfactants, the lather is incredibly rich and voluminous, which is great. The fine-textured bubbles leave my scalp feeling refreshed. I usually love grapefruit scents, and as soon as I massaged the shampoo into my scalp, a crisp grapefruit and lemon fragrance emerged, leaving me feeling so invigorated, and the lingering aroma is also lovely. Even just after shampooing and air-drying my hair, the frizziness was reduced and my hair looked so shiny - I'm extremely satisfied.

There's nothing particularly disappointing. I'm generally satisfied on all fronts.
