I found the effects were even better when I applied it after using a hydrating mask, while my skin was still moisturized, and then finished with a spot treatment cream before bed.

The ingredients are impressive, with Hippophae Rhamnoides Water (sea buckthorn water) listed before water, and it contains four brightening active ingredients plus anti-wrinkle properties. They even offer it with sun care products as a set to help with hyperpigmentation management.
