Pros
The package is so pretty! The bathroom atmosphere is beautified by the shampoo package haha - The scent is nice (a faint, refreshing fruity scent) - It doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff after use - My hair doesn't get oily too quickly (this was my personal favorite!)
Cons
For my long hair that goes down below my chest, the amount seems a bit lacking 😭😭 I have to use 5 pumps each time... It seems like it'll run out too quickly 😭 The lather doesn't get very big, so I feel like I have to use even more product. It would be great if they came out with a larger size or a refill option!
Tip
Using a pre-shampoo could help those with long hair use a bit less shampoo! Instead of washing all your hair in one go, you can shampoo just the areas that need it more, using a little bit of shampoo at a time, to get your hair cleaner without using too much product.

It felt very refreshing and my scalp felt well-cleansed when I used it. The fragrance is the typical one you'd find at a hair salon. Yes, it's a pretty standard shampoo without any special features. After washing, my hair felt a bit nicer.
Cons
The lather is really, really poor and when you apply the shampoo, it doesn't feel like you're washing with a lathery solution, but rather the shampoo just seeps into your hair. I would not really recommend it.

1. Stays fluffy for over 24 hours I recently started using the scalp essence and felt like my hair would get oily again by the afternoon. But using this to wash my hair and then applying the essence leaves my hair feeling incredibly clean and not at all greasy. Even when I wake up, my hair is still in pretty good condition. 2. Not drying at all With oily shampoos, even though they deep cleanse, my hair can sometimes feel stiff and dry. But that's not the case with this product. 3. Absorbs treatment well Since it deep cleanses, when I use the next step treatment with the same brand, my hair doesn't get as oily and the treatment seems to absorb better, if that makes sense?

Pros
The refreshing scent and the deep cleansing feeling on my scalp are great. I have an oily scalp with a lot of dandruff, and if I use the wrong shampoo, it looks like snow on my head. The Bergamot Deep Cleansing Shampoo really gives me a sense of clean and well-cared-for scalp. When I have a lot of dandruff, I shampoo twice. Bergamot Deep Cleansing Shampoo The pump was packaged separately, which was unique! My hair didn't become stiff, which was great, and most importantly, the ingredients were very gentle, which I really liked!👍 The bergamot scent was incredibly fragrant and pleasant! The care put into the shipping is evident. It is common for the pump to break during shipping, but here the pump is individually packaged and sent. The fragrance is very aromatic and lovely. It is not a dizzying or cheap-smelling fragrance, but a truly sophisticated and elegant one. @ Subtly fresh and fragrant aroma The best feature of this product for me is the scent! As someone who has been using just shampoo bars lately in search of better ingredients, I've enjoyed this even more. It has a kind of floral scent that's refreshing. It's a shampoo I want to use when I'm in a good mood. @ Hair is moisturized My hair tends to get a lot of static electricity these days as the weather is dry, and I'm too lazy to use a conditioner regularly. But with this shampoo, even just blow-drying and brushing my hair doesn't make it staticky - it's calm and manageable! @Gentle I'm quite sensitive to harsh shampoos that react on my scalp (causing bumps, tightness, etc.), but I didn't experience any of that with this one! The scent is nice, and it seems to be a gentle shampoo.
