I heard from someone that foundations are made with a water-based formula and BB creams are made with an oil-based formula, so mixing them can increase the longevity of the base.
Certainly, it was possible to achieve a better skin expression by using them together than using them individually.
I'm currently mixing them in a 1:1 ratio, but the foundation I'm using is just the right skin tone, so when mixed with the BB cream, it seems a bit darker, which is a bit disappointing.
If you're planning to mix them like me, it would be good to mix it with a color that's one or two shades lighter.
