This product seems to offer excellent value for money. It applies in a very thin layer while providing good coverage and leaves a soft, matte finish. It's not an ultra-matte that looks dry and cakey, but rather gives a subtle Inner Glow. For a matte product, it doesn't cause much deep dryness. It's so lightweight that you don't feel any heaviness on your face - it's like you're not wearing anything at all! In many ways, it's perfect for wearing under a mask. If you're a fan of matte foundations, you'll likely be satisfied with this texture! The formula is great, but the color is too red for me. It's meant for 23-24 skin tones, and since I usually can't use bright 23 shades but do well with more muted ones, I thought this would work. It's a bit dark for my skin, but more importantly, the color is quite saturated and reddish, which really doesn't suit me. My face is already redder than my neck, so I prefer more yellow-based products to even things out. This made my face look even redder! While it might be good for those who find darker foundations too yellow or dull, it just didn't match my complexion. It's too red to even use as a contour, so it might end up unused. Such a shame because I really like the formula. Since it's matte and sets quickly, make sure to moisturize well beforehand and blend rapidly!
