As soon as you apply it, you can see wrinkles diminish as it deeply absorbs into the skin. However, it can dry out quickly, so you need to follow up with a moisturizer right away. I've been using just one drop per area for two months, but there's no noticeable change... I really can't tell if the retinol is actually working. (Added on 2022.10.27) I've learned that retinol itself is in a very unstable form, and its use in cosmetics is mostly just marketing hype. Now I understand why everyone gets prescription ointments from dermatologists. It's best to use this only as a supplement and not have high expectations.
