The Tuk Cooler Toner naturally opens up the eyes!! It's really great, it has a slightly flushed look, like a crying makeup, but the eyes are refreshingly open on the sides!! The color is a purple+pink tone, so it suits cool-toned people well. The staying power is also good, if you apply it in the morning, it will last until the evening, so you don't need to retouch your makeup. But does it not smear? If you apply it and quickly swipe it with your hands, it will spread naturally - good, good. With this, you don't even need to do the back trim, yay, I saved money~!

Pros
When drawing an under-eye line, a nice color that looks a bit teary-eyed is pretty, and the longevity is not bad either. The simple design is also nice.
Cons
There's a sense of something lacking, so it's a bit difficult to draw, but precise control doesn't seem easy... Though it looks nice when applied well. I'm not sure if it'll become a staple in my makeup pouch yet.
Tip
I use this to lightly apply it like a shadow on top of the lip balm ^3^ When using it as an undereye product, it's better to blend it slightly thicker rather than just drawing a straight line, which looks nicer.

As expected, the Cult Tier.. There's quite a noticeable difference when using and not using the under-eye concealer. When applied, it can appear a bit more defined. The longevity is good - it should last comfortably for over half a day. Now, I feel like I have to use it, or else it just feels incomplete. ㅠ
