I love how simple it is to use. No complicated steps - just apply it to your face, wait 10 minutes, and you're left with beautifully smooth skin. For an exfoliating product, it's surprisingly gentle and non-irritating on the skin. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry either. The amount you get is a bit small for the price. Other than that, I don't have any particular complaints.

I'm happy to say I'm using this one with great satisfaction. After cleansing, I apply it generously like a cream all over my face and wash it off after 10 minutes. After using it a few times, I've definitely noticed my complexion becoming brighter and my skin texture smoother, which I love. The ingredients are great, and it caused absolutely no irritation to my skin. I think it's much better for sensitive skin than products you have to massage in by rolling! I'm currently using it once a week. Due to the nature of the container, it gets creased and scratched easily, which I found inconvenient and disappointing. It's also on the pricier side, and it can be difficult to find places to purchase it, which is a shame.
