I bought this low pH toner to use before applying my vitamin C serum. After using it for a few months, I've found that it not only provides great hydration but also seems to help with dead skin cell removal. It's improved my skin texture too. The toner feels moisturizing and my skin feels very comfortable, which is why I'm now on my second bottle.
Since it contains exfoliating ingredients, I thought it might be a bit harsh on sensitive days. However, I haven't experienced any sensitivity while using it!
If you apply it with a cotton pad and wipe, it helps remove dead skin cells.
