Unlike other runny mud masks, this one is the epitome of rich texture. It peels off easily too. Even when it dries, there's no uncomfortable tightness.
ConsI'm not sure it really removes excess sebum as claimed... That's a bit disappointing.

Apply it after cleansing, do other things, and peel it off when ready - it's perfect! It even removes some fine facial hair.
ConsIt's really potent, so if you have super sensitive skin, I strongly recommend using it only on your nose area or applying it very cautiously. In my case, having sensitive and thin skin, I experienced some irritation. Those with a lot of facial hair should also be prepared for some discomfort. As someone with plenty of peach fuzz, it was quite painful for me. Also, keep in mind that without a brush, it can be tricky to apply with just your fingers.
TipApply it thickly around the edges for easier removal. I recommend using it only on areas where it's absolutely necessary! Using a brush is also highly recommended!

I had a good experience with their foam cleanser before, so I thought this would work well too. Being a mud pack, I expected it to be brownish like clay, but it's actually completely black! It also has a slightly thick consistency. When you apply it, it sets well, making it easy to do other things while it's on. The tightening sensation isn't too intense, but you can feel it drying as it hardens. Thickly applied areas took longer to dry, while thinly applied parts dried well after about 20 minutes. Peeling it off was somewhat intense but fun! It came off with dead skin cells attached. While the results weren't dramatic, I think with more practice and time, it'll work even better.
ConsThere's nothing I'm disappointed about! I'll use it well.

It's great that they included samples, giving me a chance to try them out. First use: Only used cleansing water to wash Applied on bare skin without toner No eye irritation and spreads thinly and evenly! After 30 minutes, no tightness, doesn't dry completely Removal wasn't as harsh as expected Removed some peach fuzz and dead skin cells Second use: Foam cleansing, applied very thinly on bare skin After 30 minutes, dried up to the point of tightness, except for the sides of the nose Felt cool when removing, but this might be irritation. Skin slightly prepared to break out Removed peach fuzz and dead skin cells, but not thick hairs Noticed some black mask residue stuck in pores, hard to remove Need to wash again or wipe with a cotton pad, causing secondary irritation
ConsMaybe I didn't have any whiteheads? No visible extraction of blackheads Disappointed it didn't remove the many black hairs on my forehead No visible difference before and after It's a shame it contains pigments, but At least you can feel the satisfaction of peeling it off Exactly after 30 minutes Areas with drips or creases didn't dry and couldn't be removed Even after 15 more minutes, it didn't dry and was sticky like gum Tried wiping with toner on a cotton pad, but it didn't come off easily This felt more irritating Requires some technique But somehow, in the before and after photos, the before looks better
TipIt doesn't come with a built-in applicator. Using the back of an eyebrow grooming tool worked well for thin application ●Use when you feel your skin barrier is strong and you haven't exfoliated in a while ●From the start, apply thinly! ●If some areas aren't dry after about 30 minutes, let them dry completely before peeling off ●For maximum adhesion, wash with warm water and apply to oil-free skin For less irritation, use an oil-free toner before applying ●Start peeling from the edges using tweezers for quick removal. It's hard to find the edges with just your fingers

The scent isn't unpleasant at all.
ConsThe sebum absorption isn't as powerful as I had hoped. The tingling sensation when peeling it off might be irritating, even though it's oddly satisfying.
TipDue to the potential for irritation, I only use it once a month. I applied it with a brush to keep my hands clean.

ConsIt would be great if they sold a cleansing sponge along with it to make removing the mud easier during face washing
TipApplying with a BR mud brush gives a cleaner and more even application than using your hands
