When I first used it, it seemed to effectively remove excess oil even from my oily scalp, so I bought refills and used it regularly. However, over time, it feels like the initial cleansing effectiveness and quality have diminished, so I'm switching to a different shampoo. And the price... it's jaw-dropping!
