When I first used it, it seemed to effectively remove excess oil even from my oily scalp, so I bought refills and used it regularly. Unlike other anti-hair loss shampoos (cooling shampoos) that left my scalp stiff and stripped of moisture to the point where dead skin cells were flaking off, this one feels refreshing while still retaining some hydration. It doesn't make my hair excessively stiff, and I haven't experienced any flaking or dandruff! I'm very satisfied.

Compared to when I used other shampoos alone, my hair seems to get greasy a bit faster, but it still holds up for about a full day. It doesn't diffuse fragrance like you've sprayed on perfume. The price is a bit on the higher side, so when there's a cheaper shampoo nearby, I find myself reaching for that instead.

The scent is very similar to the famous neroli perfume. While the fragrance lasts quite a while, it doesn't overwhelm the room, allowing you to enjoy a subtle, personal aroma. After using just the shampoo and blow-drying, my hair feels surprisingly soft - almost as if I've applied a light treatment. As someone who takes their time shampooing (2-3 minutes), I really appreciated the cooling menthol sensation, which was refreshing without being irritating.

I thought it was supposed to have a cooling effect, but I didn't experience any. After checking the ingredients list, I feel like throwing away all the products I bought during the sale. I'm really disappointed as I purchased it solely for its hair loss prevention claims
