It's gentle enough for those with super sensitive skin to use without irritation. The convenience of being able to use it for both body and face is a big plus. After showering, it leaves a long-lasting feeling of hydration. The generous amount and pump dispenser make it easy to use, so I find myself reaching for it often. It creates rich lather while cleansing gently without that squeaky-clean feeling. If you're not a fan of artificial fragrances, I think you'll be really satisfied with this product.
ConsWhile it's meant for both body and face, I mainly use it for my body. After using it on my face for about two days, I noticed a tingling sensation when applying my emulsion afterwards. At first, I thought it might be due to the weather, but when I switched back to my previous products, the tingling didn't occur. Even with the same skincare routine, the tingling persisted, so I stopped using it on my face. I've heard it's closer to alkaline than mildly acidic, which might explain why it didn't agree with my skin type. I experienced slight redness and tingling on my face (though not on my body). For reference, I have very thin, combination dehydrated skin.

It washes off gently. It doesn't cause any blemishes.
ConsI'm not sure about its cleansing effectiveness. It's just average. It claims to be mildly acidic, but it feels a bit more squeaky clean compared to other low pH cleansers. Is 'mildly acidic' just another way of saying 'low pH'? My face feels a bit tight after washing. The eye area stings slightly. It doesn't lather much, so you need to use a bit more product. It's even milder than other low pH cleansers, so a foaming net is a must. Although it's for face and body, like an all-in-one, I tried it on my hair, but as specified, it wasn't particularly effective for hair washing. I couldn't find any exceptionally good points about it, I'm sorry.
