When going out for outdoor activities, I bought a sunscreen with a higher SPF as it was needed. However, it turned out to have a better spreadability and moisturizing effect than expected, so it's great to just swipe it on when exercising or going outdoors.

It has a nice spreadability and is good to apply both alone and before makeup. Whether it's an organic or inorganic sunscreen, when I apply sunscreen, my skin gets irritated, and the dermatologist told me not to use sunscreen and to block UV rays physically with a hat, etc. But this one has been working well for me (I've used it for about a month), so I plan to continue using it for the time being.
