The formula tends to harden at the opening, so clumps often fall out every time I use it. Because of this hardening, sometimes the pumping action becomes irregular.

As a cooling product, it's extra refreshing when you shower on hot days or after exercising. The cooling effect isn't overwhelming, which makes it feel invigorating and pleasant. I'm not sure if the set still comes with the same items, but the body brush that was included is surprisingly refreshing and I love it. The brush is a bit rough at first, so I soak it in water before using it.
