- Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 29, 2022
I'm 39 with combination skin. My skin was already good before using La Cure, maintaining a youthful appearance in my 20s. The texture is a lightweight, hydrating formula with a subtle oil feel. It's moisturizing and can be used alone, though it's not intensely hydrating. I didn't experience any blemishes, and while I'm unsure about its soothing effects, my skin does feel comfortable. The price is outrageous, and I don't think it's worth the money. I bought it twice out of curiosity, but both times it was just mediocre. There were no dramatic changes (actually, no changes at all - the only advantage was that it didn't cause blemishes). I consider myself quite knowledgeable about skincare, ingredients, and value for money. The ingredients seem decent, which is why I tried it, but I won't be repurchasing. If it were priced around $200-$300, I might use it more often, but at $1300, I'd rather get one Ulthera treatment at a dermatologist - it would be 10 times better. If your monthly income is over $20,000, go for it, otherwise, it's not worth stretching your budget. I've tried all of Sisley's lines, so I think I'm done buying. This product, expensive and intriguing, made me say goodbye to Sisley. Just spend your money at a dermatologist. Supremÿa, Sisleÿa, and others are just okay. Among high-end cosmetics, I do like Sisley and La Prairie, but their ultra-luxury lines don't seem worth the price. It's an average product, but I'm deducting another star because of the price.
