Since I have sensitive skin, I'm very careful when changing my skincare routine. I've always just used the same red jar, but for summer I was looking for a cream that's lightweight yet provides more hydration. I remembered a sample I had received before and tried it, and even when I applied a lot, it didn't feel sticky at all - it was soft and smooth. My skin texture improved dramatically, like when I first started using the red jar, (which I had been using so much that it had become just so-so). Being a gel cream, it does have a bit of a tightening effect when I first apply it, but if I apply it again after it's absorbed, it becomes hydrating without any tightness. It has a great soothing effect and good hydration, so I think I'll stick with this for the whole summer.
