  Pros

  I loved how moisturizing it was and how much essence the sheet mask contained! The generous amount of leftover essence was great for applying to areas irritated by sweat, like the neck or back.

  Cons

  While sheet masks typically contain essence, this one requires you to push the soothing essence from the back downwards to mix it. Honestly, it was really difficult to control the amount. Also, the essence feels too heavy for summer use, and if you apply makeup after using the mask, it pills like dead skin cells rolling off.

  Tip

  It's great to use it chilled, and since there's plenty of essence, you could soak a thin cotton pad with the leftover essence and place it on your neck or sensitive areas for extra care!

  Pros

  For the first 5 minutes, it feels like it's not absorbing and just sitting on the skin. But after a while, you can feel your skin really drinking it in. I loved that it's vegan. The cooling effect lasts incredibly long. I have redness-prone skin, and usually when I finish with a rich cream, my face feels stuffy and heats up quickly. But with this mask, there's none of that. Even after applying cream, it stays cool. It's like the moisture is trapped within a nourishing layer.

  Cons

  You need to burst the first compartment more forcefully than expected. You have to press and squeeze it so hard that you might worry about popping the whole face mask. It only bursts after really applying pressure. Since it works by the liquid gathering and bursting from the pressure as you squeeze, you need to be extra careful to fold it in layers and prevent the liquid from leaking out. If you hear a small 'pop' sound and liquid escapes, it won't burst properly. Personally, I find it too strenuous and worry about causing wrinkles from tensing my face muscles. I think it would be better if the first part came in a dropper form instead.

  Tip

  There's so much serum in the face mask that it's great to save the excess in an empty bottle or apply it all over your body.
