As a parent, I always check for German dermatest ratings when choosing skincare products, and this one received an 'Excellent' grade, so I felt confident using it right away. Usually, cica products have a sharp scent, but this one has a subtle, non-irritating fragrance. The product's unique feature is its inclusion of Centella Asiatica grown in Africa, and perhaps due to this special ingredient, it really feels like it's protecting and moisturizing my skin effectively! Despite its cream-like texture, the hydration doesn't evaporate quickly. It absorbs well into the skin and stays put, keeping my skin moisturized for a long time - I'm so satisfied! My skin is extremely dry, and most moisturizers evaporate quickly, requiring frequent reapplication. With this product, however, the hydration lasts so long that I don't need to reapply, which is fantastic!
According to Hwahae's ingredient analysis, there's one cautionary ingredient out of 20 listed. Upon checking, it's related to fragrance. While the actual product scent isn't strong, it would be great if they could make it fragrance-free. The inclusion of fragrance might lead to varying preferences among users.
If you have an ampoule or facial oil at home, mixing it with this product could provide even longer-lasting hydration!
