So far, I haven't noticed any drawbacks. It's a completely satisfying product!

This seems like a slimmer version of the original chubby brush pen. I used to use the chubby Ara, but when I discovered this one, I started using it and found it's just as good as the chubby version. The cap closes well, and I'm really pleased with it. I've tried various eyeliners from other brands that tend to smudge quickly, but honestly, Daiso's eyeliner is the best.

First off, it's affordable, making it great for those new to brush pen liners to try out! The brush tip is thin and doesn't split easily, so it's convenient to draw with. The ink comes out nicely pigmented! When I swatched it on the back of my hand and rubbed it after a few seconds, it didn't smudge. It doesn't come off easily with light hand washing either! It doesn't smudge or fade on the eyes, so I'm using it with great satisfaction.

I don't think it's a true brown shade. Others probably can't tell if it's black or brown. There's not much difference from black, but when I use the black one, it definitely makes my features look more intense and my makeup appear heavier. I personally like this brown shade, but if you're looking for a really distinct brown, you might be a bit disappointed.

This eyeliner is such a steal! It's affordable and has amazing staying power. I don't use anything else now. It's even better than other brands, and I can't find any faults with it.
