Pros

This is not a regular water-based toner, but rather a slightly viscous toner. I liked it because the ingredients are good. Since my skin is sensitive, if the ingredients are not good, I would feel a stinging sensation right away, but I didn't experience that at all.

Cons

I'm not sure if there's a difference from a regular water-based toner. Since I have dry skin, I didn't really feel like it was that moisturizing... I bought the toner, ampoule, and cream set from the official TIA'M website and tried it, but even after applying everything, I still felt like something was missing, you know? My skin was still dry, so I had to use my usual rich cream on top. This line of basic skincare products seems to be more suitable for oily skin types since they lack oil. There aren't many genuine, non-sponsored reviews on Hwahae or blogs, and they all just recommend it, so I was curious and bought it, but I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin types.
