These days, I've seen this product being featured a lot on Olive Young. I actually bought and tried this a while ago. I went to get my eyelashes permed, and the salon director there really reeled me in, and I ended up buying it without any room for negotiation, spending a hefty 40,000 won... It seemed to be working, as my eyelashes, especially the lower ones, looked noticeably longer.
Cons
But whenever I applied this, the area around my eyes would turn red. At first, I wasn't sure if it was because of this product or an allergic reaction, and I just ignored it, even doing my makeup a bit more boldly to accentuate the redness... I didn't feel any itchiness or pain, just the distinct redness along the lash line. But the more I used it, the more I realized this wasn't normal, so I stopped using it and ended up throwing most of it away. I didn't even bother trying to get a refund - if I could, I'd want to twist the wrist that swiped my card that day.

I used to only use products with screw brushes because I thought the brush type would be inconvenient, but since Jemma seemed to be the most popular, I decided to try it out and was really impressed with the results 🫢 When I close my eyes, the length of my lashes on both sides is similar, but my left eye is more open and exposed, while my right eye's lashes are drooping down, so when looking straight ahead, the lashes on my right eye appear relatively shorter and sparser. So I decided to just apply it on my right eye as a test. For the first few days, I only applied it once a day to see if there were any side effects, and then started applying it morning and night. There were a few days where I skipped it, but so far after about a month of use, my right lashes have really grown longer. When looking straight ahead, they still feel a bit shorter than the left, but with mascara, the two sides look almost the same, which I'm really happy about. I was worried the brush type would be difficult to apply, but the brush is sturdy, so I can just sweep it along the lash line and then comb through the lashes, which ended up being easier than I expected. There's also been less lash shedding during cleansing, and sometimes the fallen lashes look thicker and have a darker, glossier appearance, so they seem to have gotten stronger. Now I think I'll start applying it to both eyes.

The effect is somewhat there. If you're using an eyelash serum for the first time or if you've had a significant amount of eyelash loss, you may see some results. However, there will never be an extraordinary increase in the volume or length of your eyelashes beyond the normal range. After using it for several months, I'm not sure if the effects are truly remarkable.
Cons
You absolutely cannot use it continuously for a few months. You have to take breaks as soon as your eye condition starts to worsen. It seems quite harsh. Within a day, dark circles appear, and if you stubbornly persist in using it to see the effects, the dark circles turn a deep purple color (haha). And in the end, your eyes end up completely ruined. Severe inflammation develops on the upper and lower eyelids, as well as in both eyes, and I'm currently undergoing treatment at an ophthalmologist. I should have stopped using it as soon as eye discharge started appearing. I don't have the courage to try it again.

Advantage: Your eyelashes will become fuller and noticeably longer than anyone else's! Just look at the photos, and you'll see the results.
Cons
Why are the ingredients so bad? Since this is applied to the eyes, would it be better to remove the parabens? It seems too irritating. My eye area became dark and discolored. While the effects were the best among the nutritional supplements I've tried so far, the ingredients are disappointing.

There was too much praise, so I had high expectations. Compared to other things, I didn't really get a significantly better feeling. The good thing is...the container is high-quality?

Even though Butatype also says to apply only a small amount to the roots, this is very inconvenient. When using this, the well-known dark circles...they really do appear. And I don't know if it's because the effect is good, but the fine hairs around my eyes have grown thicker. I also have hair growing at the inner corners of my eyes, and eyelid gunk gets stuck there... And the area with cute little eye bags, right under the lower lashes, that's also grown out... The price is much~~ more expensive compared to other products... I bought two bottles for no reason...

Pros
I originally had sparse and short lashes, so I had extensions done. But even that was hard to maintain, so I decided to try various eyelash serums. The one that worked best for me was very effective - my lashes became much thicker and longer, noticeable even to others.
Cons
I used a total of 3 bottles, but as my lashes grew, it seems to have irritated my skin as well. My eyelids became itchy and irritated, and I developed a stye on the inner part of my lower eyelid. After seeing an ophthalmologist, I stopped using the product.
