This toner has a thicker consistency, making it better suited for direct application rather than as a pad toner. The toner contains particles, which means you need to gently massage it in when applying. That was a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 5, 2022
I've been using this for several bottles now, and it suits my skin well. Unlike some toners that cause blemishes when used incorrectly, this one doesn't. It has a slightly viscous texture that makes it hydrating and pleasant. I prefer this moisturizing type over watery ones, and it seems perfect for me. There's not really anything to complain about, but I'm not sure if there are tiny particles in it or what, as it feels slightly grainy when applying. However, it's not bothersome enough to be a real issue. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 7, 2021
It's a decent toner that's okay to use. The scent wasn't particularly off-putting either. Like other reviewers mentioned, I also bought it from Coupang, and unfortunately, little particles came out with the product... :( - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 24, 2021
My mother bought me the Innisfree Green Tea Balancing Skincare 2-piece Set EX through Coupang as a birthday gift. While it's stated that Innisfree supplies the products, I think it might be better to purchase Innisfree items directly from their stores. I'm not sure if the quality issue is with Coupang's stock or not. It's surprising that despite Innisfree being the responsible seller and supplier, there are multiple reviews on both Hwahae and Coupang mentioning particles in the product. Since I haven't tried the store-bought version, I'm giving this 2 stars for now. I purchased this as a set and was shocked when I first applied the toner. I felt tiny particles, which weren't vitamin beads, but more like dust or foreign matter. They weren't sparse, but finely distributed throughout the product as if it was meant to be that way. After researching, it seems the original product shouldn't be like this, and I found quite a few people who had similar experiences and left reviews. I'm questioning if this is authentic. Although it says it's sold by Innisfree, I'll definitely avoid buying from Coupang in the future. Usually, I don't get blemishes from using toners, but these gritty particles felt irritating, and I developed some skin issues after just a few uses. It would be uncomfortable to apply if you have existing blemishes. Initially, I felt a bit of dryness after absorption, but after using it a few times, I can't really feel the hydration, and it seems to make my skin oilier. If I get to try a proper version of this product, I'll update my review. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinFeb 9, 2021
It absorbs really well. The scent is like a men's toner, but it's not overpowering, which I liked. It has a rich texture and is meant for facial absorption rather than as a body lotion. There are very fine powder particles in it. They're extremely small, but they irritated my skin and caused a tingling sensation when applied. Apart from this, other aspects were fine, but I don't think I'll be able to use this product. I wouldn't recommend this to people who, like me, are sensitive to powder particles. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 16, 2019
I purchased this toner for its subtle fragrance and moisturizing properties I'm not sure if it's because of a product reformulation or if I got a faulty item, but when I apply this toner, I can feel granules like it's an exfoliating product! Has anyone else experienced this? I've used two bottles before the reformulation, and I bought it again after the change, but I'm quite taken aback by this.
